Prices & Tax
Everything is displayed in USD. Tax and shipping are calculated automatically — you'll see the full amount at checkout before confirming.
Your Payment Authorisation
Submitting an order means you're authorised to use the payment method entered and you're giving us the green light to charge the total due.
Spotted a Billing Error?
Reach out to Contact@AMPDUFFEL.Shop straight away. We'll look into it and fix any mistake fast.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details live in our Return Policy.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Think a charge looks wrong? Email Contact@AMPDUFFEL.Shop first — issues get resolved much quicker directly with us than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without reaching out first can slow things down for everyone.
Cancelled Orders
Cancel before your order ships and you'll receive a full refund. Already shipped? Our standard return process applies.
