You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — no lengthy process, no guesswork. Here is exactly how it works.
What qualifies for a return
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Your order number or proof of purchase must be included.
- Gift cards, personalised items, and anything marked "final sale" are not eligible.
Three steps to send something back
- Step 1: Email Contact@AMPDUFFEL.Shop with your order number and reason for returning.
- Step 2: We send you the return address and instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns submitted without a prior request may not be accepted.
When you get your refund
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We inspect your return on arrival and email you to confirm the outcome. Allow a few additional days for your bank to process the credit.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Received something damaged or incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong. Send photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping
We cover return shipping if the fault is ours — damaged, faulty, or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
